I came in to have a new power jack put in, and the guy who helped me saved me some money buy telling me to check my warranty for my replacement power cord, very helpful saved me about $100 bucks, and answered my pestering questions THANKS ALOT!!!

BC could not, in fact, help me with the problem I had with my notebook. However, they were very helpful, told me honestly what was wrong, and did not charge me for anything beyond the fee to take it apart and look at it. They never tried to sell me any product or service. If I have other computer issues, I will certainly go back.

It is refreshing to go to a computer store where I know that the staff is knowledgeable AND that if there is something they do not know, they will not hesitate to tell me so...and then find the answer. It is also nice to not have to worry about being pressured to spend more money than is absolutely necessary. The staff outlines the options and allows the customer to make the call. I have made several trips to BC Computers becuse the knowledgable, helpful and friendly staff are worth it. I've always received top drawer merchandise and solid gold advice. I had feared this type of store was gone after the era of the Bix Box stores. I'll keep making the 23 mile drive to them with all my business.
