New Items:

New items purchased in our store or online from us carry a 30 day in store warranty. Simply bring the defective item back to the store we will either repair or replace the item with an equal or better product, at our discretion. Physical abuse or damage will not be covered and is at the sole discretion of BC Computers. After this in store warranty, check with the manufacturer for any additional warranty. Returning an item to the manufacturer is the sole responsibility of the consumer. BC Computers is in no war responsible for any cost associated with returning an item to the manufacturer. BC Computers makes no claims as to the availability or length of a manufacturer warranty.

Used Items:

BC Computers rarely sells used items; however, if an item is sold as used there is no warranty expressed or implied unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer.

New Computers:

Any computer system built by BC Computers carries a 1 (one) year in store limited parts and labor warranty. Physical abuse or damage will not be covered and is at the sole discretion of BC Computers.

Refunds:

 All refunds must be requested within 5 (five) business days from date of sale or invoice.

There will be no refund of unpackaged functional hardware or components.

NO refunds or exchanges without Original Sales receipt and Original Packaging!

No refunds on opened processors, software, RAM or OEM items!

There will be a 15% restocking fee on ALL Returns.

ALL REFUNDS ARE MAILED USPS IN THE FORM OF A COMPANY CHECK.

Systems financed by BC Computers:

Systems financed by BC Computers may be returned to BC Computers at any time during the finance period. To return a financed system you must obtaining an RMA from BC Computers and return ALL financed system components in good physical condition to BC Computers. Upon receipt of said components in good physical condition BC Computers will void the agreement and discontinue bank drafts at the following scheduled draft. BC Computers reserves the right to fully inspect a returned system prior to ending the agreement. BC Computers also reserves the right to withdraw additional funds to recover any damages to the financed system within 30 days after system is returned. If a financed system is returned to BC Computers prior to the completion of the term of the loan, NO refund will be due client.
